Digital Product Policy

At B² Away, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. Because our products are delivered instantly and digitally, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your order at brennen.blevins@bsquaredaway.net and we will make it right.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
